We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Due to the nature of food products, opened or partially consumed items cannot be returned
Proof of purchase may be required

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide a clear photo of the damaged item. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible), and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
