Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time (Netherlands): 1–3 business days after dispatch

Shipping rate: €6.95 flat rate

Free shipping: On orders over €75

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add, remove, or modify items or delivery addresses. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Giftily cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately via our Contact page. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Giftily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot offer replacements or refunds in such cases.
